When: Wednesday, March 4th

Where: Wooden Coffeehouse (862 Cole Street)

Time: Meeting Start Time: 7:00pm, but doors open at 6:30pm for a meet-and-greet with neighbors

Speakers:

  • District 5 Supervisor Dean Preston (elected Nov. 2019)

  • SFPD Park Station Captain Renee Pagano (appointed Nov. 2019)

  • Adam Cuadra from SF Safe.

**Everyone (members and non-members) is invited and encouraged to attend**

**Light refreshments and snacks will be served**


Supervisor Preston will be discussing a broad number of topics that impact the neighborhood and the city, including:

  • The recent shooting at Haight & Ashbury

  • Car break-in prevention and response programs

  • Proposed MUNI changes

  • Storefront vacancies

  • Homelessness in our surrounding area

Captain Pagano and Mr. Cuadra will speak about some of the crime-related issues facing our community and ways residents can stay safe.

There will also be time allotted for Q&As with each of our speakers. This is a great opportunity to have the ear of city officials and express your opinions regarding the various issues facing our neighborhood and our city. Lastly, we will be sharing some of our plans for Cole Valley and the Greater Haight Ashbury in 2020.
